At Harmo, we stand behind the quality of our botanical formulations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Statutory Right)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Health & Hygiene)

Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened and the original security seal is intact.

  • The packaging is in its original, undamaged condition.

  • The item is returned with its original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any bottle where the seal has been broken or tampered with.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or defective bottle, please send us a photo immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approved: If the return is approved (seal intact), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Subscriptions (If applicable)

If you are on a subscription plan for Emma products, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after an order has been dispatched will only apply to the following month’s delivery.
